Max & Karl Charity Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Nigerians through education, healthcare, and community development. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to reach their full potential by providing access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.

The Max & Karl Charity Foundation is a product of a desire to bridge the ever increasing gulf between the rich and the poor. It is also aimed at tasking the patriotic and humanitarian gesture of every Nigerian on the need to contribute no matter how little to the development and advancement of Nigeria. For we make bold to say that no sporadic act or pious resolution can solve our problem, nothing will be of avail, it is only the united effort of the united Nigerians that can salvage this nation. For if you contribute your best, I contribute my best and we collectively contribute our best the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) will no longer be a mirage but an achievable reality.

To raise a new generation of youth that places service to humanity above self, Youths that are empowered, informed and responsible. Youths with an unprecedented passion for excellence and are more than equipped with the right leadership credentials. Above all, Youths that are psychologically, economically and politically emancipated and ideologically empowered to face the challenge of nation building.

We believe that every individual has the potential to make a positive impact in their community, and we are committed to providing the support and mobilizing resources needed to make that happen.

To build comprehensive and equipped schools for our young generation
